Frequently asked questions.
Straight answers about how Gokait works. For step-by-step guides, see the Documentation.
Getting started
What exactly is Gokait?
Gokait is a professional intelligence and account-management platform dedicated to a single market: gold (XAUUSD). It collects live market data around the clock, builds a disciplined evidence base, and manages connected MT5 accounts inside strict, plan-defined risk limits.
Do I need to move my money to Gokait?
No. Your funds stay with your own MT5 provider, in your own account, at all times. Gokait connects to that account to manage positions — it is never a custodian and cannot withdraw anything.
Which markets does Gokait trade?
Only XAUUSD (gold). Specialization over breadth is the founding principle of the platform — one market, studied with full depth.
How do I start?
Register and verify your email, complete your profile, choose a plan and pay, then connect your MT5 account. From there it is automatic: a strictly read-only connection check runs, and when it succeeds your account is activated, provisioned and brought online — with nothing to request and no manual approval.
MT5 connection
Is my MT5 password safe?
Credentials are stored in an encrypted vault with authenticated encryption, are never displayed again after entry, never appear in logs, and are deleted when you remove the account or close your profile. Connection checks are strictly read-only.
What does the connection check do?
It verifies that your account credentials work, reads basic account facts and confirms live market data — and nothing else. It never places, modifies or closes an order.
Can I still trade my account manually?
Yes. If you modify or close a position that Gokait manages, the platform detects it and releases that position to your manual control — clearly labeled in your portal. Gokait never fights you for a position.
Plans & billing
What happens when my subscription lapses?
You enter a grace period (shown on each plan). During grace your access continues; after it, management of new positions stops. Your data and history remain available, and reactivating restores your plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, and the two directions work differently. Moving up to a higher plan takes effect as soon as your payment is confirmed: you pay that plan's full price, and the days you have already paid for are added on top, so nothing is lost. Choosing a lower plan sets your NEXT plan instead — you keep your current plan and its limits until your paid period ends, and the lower plan starts once you have paid for it.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
No. All three plans — Hybrid, Hybrid Plus and Hybrid Super — are paid, and you buy one term at a time. Nothing is ever charged automatically: when a term ends, paying for another is your decision. Before subscribing you can review live XAUUSD performance on the home page and the exact limits each plan enforces in the Compare Plans table.
How do I pay?
Subscriptions are priced in USD and paid in USDT or USDC. You choose the asset and network at checkout — USDT on TRON, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon or Solana; USDC on Solana, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain or Polygon. Card and bank transfer are not supported.
Will you charge me automatically every month?
No. Gokait never takes money from you on its own. There is no card on file and no standing authorisation — you pay for a term when you choose to, and your access lasts exactly as long as that term. When it ends, nothing is taken and nothing renews by itself.
How do I renew?
Pay for another term from your portal. Your access extends as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you pay before your current term ends, the days you have already paid for are kept and the new term is added after them — renewing early never costs you time.
How does moving to a higher plan work?
You pay the full price of the plan you are moving to. There is no difference to settle and no proration to work out. Your current plan keeps running while the payment is being confirmed, so nothing stops. Once it is confirmed the higher plan is active immediately, and the days left on your old term are added to the new one.
How does moving to a lower plan work?
Choosing a lower plan sets your next plan; it does not change the plan you have now. You keep your current plan and all of its limits until the period you paid for ends. The lower plan is then waiting as your next choice at checkout, and it becomes active once you have paid for it. You can change your mind, or cancel the choice, at any time before then.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription is set to stop at the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing changes before then: you keep your plan and your access for the rest of that term, and you can undo the cancellation at any time while it is still pending. There is no payment to stop, because Gokait never charges you automatically.
What is the timer on the payment page?
It is how long Gokait holds that particular checkout open — about fifteen minutes. It is not a deadline for your money. If it runs out before you have sent anything, just start a new payment. If you have already sent one, it stays valid: the network and the payment provider decide when it is confirmed, and Gokait applies it to your account when it is — even if the page timed out in the meantime.
Privacy & safety
What data can I get out of Gokait?
Everything about you: your profile, consent record, MT5 account facts, subscription, invoices, notification history, login history and your trade history — as a single download from your portal, any time.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Closure permanently removes your identity from the platform (GDPR erasure by pseudonymisation): credentials are deleted, sessions revoked and your personal details replaced. Financial records are retained in anonymised form, as the law requires.
Is trading gold risky?
Yes — substantially. Leverage cuts both ways, and past performance never guarantees future results. Gokait enforces disciplined limits, but no platform can remove market risk. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
