Getting Started

Onboarding is a fixed ladder — each step unlocks the next, and your portal always returns you to the step you are on:

1. Register — name, email and password. You must accept the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; both are versioned, and your acceptance is recorded.
2. Verify your email — a single-use link arrives by email and expires after 24 hours. You cannot sign in until you use it.
3. Complete your profile — phone, country, date of birth and gender. You must be at least 18. Your portal returns you here until it is complete.
4. Choose a plan and pay — subscriptions are paid in USDT or USDC on the supported networks. Your subscription becomes active once the payment confirms.
5. Connect MT5 — add your account's server, login and password (see MT5 Connection). An active subscription is required before this step.
6. Activation runs itself — the read-only connection check starts on its own; when it succeeds your account is activated and provisioned, and its terminal is brought online without any further action from you. If the check fails, the account is declined with the reason and nothing is provisioned.

Once your account is online, your portal dashboard shows your positions, performance, invoices and licence state — live.

MT5 Connection

Gokait manages your existing MT5 account. You need three things from your MT5 provider: the server name, your account login, and your password.

What happens to your credentials

• They are placed in an encrypted vault with authenticated encryption; the key never lives in the database.
• They are never displayed again after entry — not to you, not to support, not to the platform owner.
• They never appear in logs, exports or backups in readable form, and they are deleted when you remove the account or close your profile.

The connection check

Every new or changed account runs a bounded, strictly read-only verification: it confirms your credentials, reads basic account facts and checks that live gold prices are available. It never places, modifies or closes an order. Results are truthful — if the check cannot run, the portal says so rather than pretending success. A successful check is valid for 24 hours; changing the password or server requires a fresh one.

Manual trading alongside Gokait

Your account stays yours. If you modify or close a position that Gokait manages, the platform detects the change and releases that position to your manual control, permanently and visibly. Positions you open yourself are never touched.

Plans

Plans define your capability envelope — timeframe control, concurrent positions, position sizing, schedule control, trade-history depth and analytics tier. Every plan includes one MT5 account. Current tiers and prices are always on the Pricing page, and the Compare Plans table shows the exact values the platform enforces.

• Changing plans — an upgrade starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, at the new plan's full price, with your remaining paid days added on top. A downgrade is a choice of NEXT plan: your current plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and the lower plan begins only once it has been paid for.
• Prices are frozen per invoice — a price change never rewrites an invoice you already received.
• MT5 account — every plan includes one; additional accounts are not currently offered.
• Payment — plans are priced in USD and paid in USDT or USDC on the supported networks. Card and bank transfer are not supported.
• Terms are prepaid — you buy one month at a time and Gokait never debits you automatically. No card is held and there is no standing authorisation; when a term ends, continuing is your decision.
• Upgrading — you pay the full price of the target plan, with no proration and nothing to settle afterwards. Your current plan stays active while the payment confirms; the higher plan begins the moment it is confirmed, and your remaining paid days are added to the new term.
• Downgrading — choosing a lower plan records your next plan; it never grants it. Your current plan and its limits run to the end of the period you paid for, and the lower plan becomes active only after it has been paid for.
• Cancelling — takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and can be undone while it is still pending. Access you have already paid for is never withdrawn.
• The checkout timer — Gokait holds one checkout attempt open for about fifteen minutes. It never invalidates money: a payment already on its way is confirmed by the network and the provider, and is applied to your account when it is — even if the page timed out.

Licensing

Your licence is the live permission attached to your subscription. It is evaluated at the moment it is used, so the state you see in your portal is always current. The states:

ACTIVE

full plan capabilities.

GRACE

your renewal lapsed; access continues for the plan's grace period (shown on every plan) while you fix payment.

EXPIRED

grace has passed — management of new positions stops. Your data, history and portal access remain; renewing restores ACTIVE.

SUSPENDED

access paused by the operator (for example during a dispute); reversible.

REVOKED

terminal — used when a profile is closed.

A lapsed licence can only ever reduce what your account may do; no setting can extend access past its licence.

• Your money never moves to Gokait — it stays in your MT5 account.
• Only XAUUSD is traded, inside hard limits set by your plan.
• You can trade manually at any time; Gokait steps aside per position when you do.
• You can export your data or close your profile whenever you choose.

Privacy

Gokait's privacy model is built on three rights, all self-service in your portal under Settings & Privacy:

• See your data — download everything about you as a single file: profile, consent record, MT5 account facts (never credentials), subscription, invoices, notification history, login history and trade history.
• Versioned consent — the Terms and Privacy Policy you accepted are recorded with their versions. If a document changes, you are asked to re-accept before continuing.
• Close and erase — closure permanently removes your identity (GDPR erasure by pseudonymisation): personal details replaced, credentials deleted, sessions revoked, and your email removed from every record. Financial and audit records are retained in anonymised form as the law requires — they can no longer be traced to you.

Operational data has defined retention: expired login sessions and one-time links are purged automatically; financial records are kept for the legally mandated period.
